Context
Peab needed marketing materials for As Oy Mathildanpuisto, a new housing development in Kakolanmäki, Turku. The building did not exist yet. The place did.
Approach
The job was to make a future home feel real before anyone could walk through the door.
Not just square metres, floor plans and facts. A place with a name, a feeling and a clear connection to one of Turku’s most recognisable historic areas.
We designed and produced the full marketing package, including pre-marketing materials, the project brochure, campaign site, print and display advertising, outdoor media, construction site visibility and photography planning.
